(“TLYNT”, “we”, “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the information we collect and to being transparent about the ways in which we collect and process your information. This statement (the “Privacy Policy”) sets forth our policies and practices for handling the information we collect from or about you. It applies to all websites, applications, services and offerings associated with the website tlynt.com and any other website or service that we operate that links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “TLYNT Platform”).

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

We collect the following categories of information when you use the TLYNT Platform:
Information you provide directly to us.
Contact information, including name, email address, telephone or mobile phone number, and address;
Sign-In information, including username and password;
Profile information, including your interests, preferences, physical characteristics or description, feedback, educational or professional information, employment, employment history, marital status, date of birth, age, gender, gender identity, gender expression, race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, religious creed, genetic characteristics, ancestry, mental disability, physical disability, medical condition (including medications), military/veteran status;
Photographs, including photos that you share on the TLYNT Platform;
Biometric information, such as face imagery that can be used to create face-recognition templates;
Purchase and payment information, including bank account and payment card details, billing and shipping addresses, records of products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, and other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies; and
Correspondence you send to us, including when you contact us, respond to messages and communications we send you, interact with us on our social media channels, or otherwise provide information to us.
Information we collect automatically. We collect internet, electronic activity, and other information automatically from the devices and browsers that you use, including your device type; Internet protocol (IP) address; device and advertising identifiers, probabilistic identifiers, and other unique personal or online identifiers; time zone setting and location; browser type and version; browser plug in types and versions; operating system and platform; Internet service provider; pages that you visit before and after using the TLYNT Platform, browsing history, and search history; the date and time of your visit; information about the links you click, pages you view, and advertising you interact with within the TLYNT Platform and other information about how you use the TLYNT Platform; the technology on the devices you use to access the TLYNT Platform; audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information; inferences used to create a profile about preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes; and standard server log information.
Consistent with your browser, mobile device or app permissions, we also collect geolocation information (including geolocation information derived from your GPS, WiFi and Bluetooth signals, IP address, and other device information), photos stored on your device, contacts from your mobile address book, audio recordings, and appointments from your calendar.
We may also receive the categories of information described above from other sources, including from other users of the TLYNT Platform, business partners, publicly and commercially available data sources, and other third-party services, and combine it with other information we have collected about you. For example, if you access any social media or similar services through the TLYNT Platform to login or to share information about your experience on the TLYNT Platform with others, we may collect information from these third-party services.
Without this information, we may not able to provide you with all the requested services. We may aggregate or de-identify the information described above. Aggregated or de-identified data is not subject to this Privacy Policy.

USE OF INFORMATION TLYNT

Uses the information it collects about you in a variety of ways, including:
To provide you with the TLYNT Platform. We may use your information to process your bookings and payments (such as payment of fees), facilitate the functionality of the TLYNT Platform, and customize the TLYNT Platform.
To send you electronic correspondence. We may send you emails or otherwise correspond with you to communicate about your use of the TLYNT Platform and your purchases or to respond to any customer service inquiries or requests for information. We may also contact you with information, newsletters, marketing, promotional materials, or discounts from TLYNT.
To improve the TLYNT Platform. We may use your information to maintain, improve, and administer the TLYNT Platform, including through troubleshooting, data analytics, and testing.
To keep the TLYNT Platform and users safe. This includes to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security risks, and technical issues.
To comply with applicable laws and regulations. This includes using your information if needed to protect or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
As otherwise described to you at the point of data collection.

SHARING OF INFORMATION

TLYNT may share your information in the following circumstances:
Authorized third-party vendors and service providers. We share your information with third-party vendors and service providers that provide services to us for a variety of business purposes, such as billing, payment processing, hosting virtual meetings, customer service, email deployment, advertising and marketing, security and performance monitoring, maintaining or servicing accounts, processing or fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying your information, research, data hosting, auditing, and data processing. Business transfers. We may share your information in connection with a substantial corporate transaction, such as the sale of a website, a merger, consolidation, asset sale, initial public offering, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy.
Corporate affiliates. We may share your information with our corporate affiliates. Legal purposes. We may disclose information to respond to subpoenas, court orders, legal process, law enforcement requests, legal claims or government inquiries, and to protect and defend the rights, interests, safety, and security of TLYNT, users, or the public. With your consent. We may share information for any other purposes disclosed to you at the time we collect the information or pursuant to your consent.
If you access third-party services–such as social media services or third-party single-sign on tools– through the TLYNT Platform, these third-party services may be able to collect information about you, including information about your activity on the TLYNT Platform, and they may notify your connections on the third-party services about your use of the TLYNT Platform, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
If you choose to engage in public activities on the TLYNT Platform, you should be aware that any information you share there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these areas. You should use caution in disclosing information while participating in these areas. We are not responsible for the information you choose to submit in these public areas.

AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING

We use automated decision-making technologies to support our data processing activities. Our automated decision-making capabilities include logic that helps connect you with advertisers. By using this logic, it helps us find the right people for the right roles. For you, this means that you are more likely to be connected with advertisers who may be a better fit for you.

ADVERTISING, COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

The TLYNT Platform uses technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts (collectively, “cookies”). These cookies are used for a variety of purposes, such as analyzing trends, administering the TLYNT Platform, analyzing how users interact with the TLYNT Platform, and collecting information about your activities across different websites and services to provide you with relevant advertising on and off the TLYNT Platform. Some of these cookies are placed on the TLYNT Platform by third parties that are not controlled by us, meaning that these third parties’ privacy practices are not addressed by this Privacy Policy.
If you do not want information collected through the use of cookies, you may be able to refuse or disable certain cookies by adjusting your browser settings; however, some areas of the TLYNT Platform may not provide you with a personalized experience if you have disabled the use of cookies.

California residents are entitled once a year, free of charge, to request and obtain certain information regarding our disclosure, if any, of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
Do-Not-Track Signals and Similar Mechanisms. Some mobile and web browsers transmit “do-not-track” signals. Because of differences in how web browsers incorporate and activate this feature, it is not always clear whether users intend for these signals to be transmitted, or whether they even are aware of them. We currently do not take action in response to these signals.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

By using the TLYNT Platform and providing us with information, you understand and agree that we may transfer and store your information on servers located outside your resident jurisdiction.

CHILDREN

We do not knowingly collect any information from children, as defined by applicable law, without parental consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

SECURITY

We maintain reasonable safeguards to protect the security, integrity, completeness, accuracy and privacy of the personal information that we may collect to protect such information from loss, misuse and alteration.
You should understand that no data storage system or transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure, accurate, complete, or current. Please note that information collected by third parties may not have the same security protections as information you submit to us, and we are not responsible for protecting the security of such information.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update the Privacy Policy, we will revise the “Effective Date” date above and post the new Privacy Policy. We recommend that you review the Privacy Policy each time you visit the TLYNT Platform to stay informed of our privacy practices.
